Description:
An interactive 3 part webinar series for allied health professionals promoting discussion around the impact of the current environment on the Allied Health team. Dr. Tera Langston PhD Clinical Psychology, Jennifer Clark PA-C, Bailey Estes BSN, RN-BC, Adam Burget RN and Rich Casazza RT(R)(CI) will discuss increasing the awareness of your psychological well-being. Discussion on personal experiences will be encouraged and an open dialogue on the implications surrounding the current and future environment will be driven by the faculty.

 

Objectives:

  • Increasing awareness of your psychological well-being
  • Promote sharing of the stigma within healthcare in the COVID environment
  • The importance of self-care and recognizing signs of compassion fatigue and vicarious traumatization
  • Offer a forum to voice concerns and network positivity
