Step Ahead- Defining definitive treatment: the role of balloons and stents

The fourth segment of a five-part virtual series to help practitioners reduce rates of PAD-related amputation and improve quality of life through professional development and education. During this web-based course Dr. Mathews, Dr. Fisher, Dr. LeSar, and Dr. Madassery discuss the role of balloon angioplasty, scoring balloons, drug coated balloons, and post-PTA dissection repair. The live case from Dr. LeSar and Dr. Harris features the utilization of intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) and Phoenix atherectomy in a critical limb ischemia procedure.
