Patients with diffuse disease and renal dysfunction present challenging cases which require a variety of tools to successfully treat

In this presentation from the recent CTO Plus conference, Dr. Darshan Doshi (on behalf of colleague Dr. Kevin Croce) discusses the unique challenges of diffuse CAD and the use of available tools (physiology, imaging and Co-registration) to support a more strategic approach to PCI and optimization. In this presentation, Dr. Doshi presents a case where using a low-contrast approach was necessary and these technologies provided key targeted areas of treatment as well as post PCI assessment in a high-risk patient scenario. Hear additional insight during the Q&A from the panelists and audience where they discuss the paradigm shift they are seeing when diagnosing and treating these complex patients.
